Definitions and Descriptions
IT IS MOST IMPORTANT THAT DOGS ARE NOT FED 1 HOUR before and after being walked. this is to reduce the chances of your dog getting gastric torsion, commonly known as bloat.
Dog walking group
We will never walk more than six dogs per handler.
Dogs will be picked up with our convenient pick up/drop off service. We offer two times, one early morning and the other early afternoon. Your dog enjoys a minimum of 90 minutes (not including travelling times) exploring, playing and exercising with the group. After the walk all dogs are given time to wind down, fresh water, wipe down and an inspection for ticks. Photos and well wishes will be sent via Whats App.
Dog walking individual
The same as group except that your dog will receive 100% attention and bonding with our experienced handlers.
Wild Adventure Day
We are more than your typical dog walking service in North London by offering the only all day wild nature adventures.
If your dog is a serious adventurer they will love this. New places, new smells, new challenges, new terrain and obstacles. The benefits of this are:
-Helps develop motor skills, sharpens senses, adds brain development, increases behavioural flexibility and plays an important role on the hierarchal scale.
-Helps timid dogs become more socialised by accepting new environments and situations so they can become more self-confidant.
-Helps alleviate stress, frustration, boredom
-Helps in their fitness and correct weight. As the saying goes (healthy body, healthy mind)
We are strong believers that enrichment is a vital aspect of any dogs life and are proud to offer this exclusive service.
Here is how it works!
Maximum six dogs only.
We will pick up and deliver. The walk is 3-4 hours long with a half hour for lunch, you will need to supply a small energy lunch for your dog. The handlers always carry water, snacks and a first aid kit in their back pack. Places we visit are generally 1-1½ hours outside London. All the places we visit are incredibly scenic and all have their own individual biodiversity which is a highly stimulating experience for your dog. Beaches, ancient woodland, heather commons, hills and forests are examples. Places and distances we visit vary according to the time of the year and daylight hours.
Dog day care
Pick up will be in the morning and included will a morning and afternoon minimum 60-90 minute walk. At lunch time the dog will be in our own house with an extremely large secure garden and socialising with our three dogs, chickens and a cat. Under no circumstances will your dog be placed in a cage. If your dog has a lunch time meal this must be supplied by you.
Lock out (key delivery)
- This is a service we offer free of charge to our regular clients during the hours of 9-5.
After 5pm a charge of £10 will be incurred.
Home security check
This is a service we offer to regular clients at £10 per day. This includes taking out the bins, bringing in the mail, watering plants, checking all is secure, adjusting lights etc.
