How many dogs do you walk?

We only walk a maximum of 6 dogs per handler. This is to ensure that each dog gets the utmost stimulation and exercise. We make every effort to insure that the dogs we walk together are compatible in fitness, sex, age and breed. This will all be discussed at our free initial consultation. Sometimes two dog walkers will walk together to take a larger group.

Are you insured?

Yes, for dog walking in public places, pet transport, dog sitting and key holding. ALL STAFF ARE DBS CHECKED

How do I pay ?

Weekly, invoices will be sent out every week and we accept BACS, cash or Bitcoin.

Are dogs walked off the lead?

Yes, with your permission and once we feel your dog has a reliable recall and it is safe to  do so.

Will you walk a bitch while she is in season?

This is up to the discretion of the handler but generally NO. Alternative plans can be made where we will walk her by herself. Please call to discuss.

Do all dogs get on with the rest of the pack?

Yes, we will never permit one individual to ruin the gangs fun. As dogs are social creatures it is most unusual for this to happen.

How do you collect my dog from the property?

With your authorisation a key will have been issued unless someone is home.

Under no circumstances will there be any information about you, your dog or the actual address. Your security is paramount to us as we are bound by the Data Protection Act.

Do you offer an occasional walk for my dog?

This will depend on your dog’s needs, social adaptability, behaviour and will be discussed at our initial consultation.

What do you do in case of an emergency?

We will contact you immediately to discuss the situation and sort out the best plan of action. If this is not possible and medical attention is required we will take your dog to the vet pre-determined by you or the one nearest the current location.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request that you give us 24 hours’ notice so that no charges will apply.

We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances this is not always possible so each case will be judged on merit.

Can you administer medication to my dog?

Yes, as all handlers are trained in Canine First Aid.

What happens on a rain day?

We will walk your dog come rain or shine provided the weather is not inclement or dangerous.
